Rustic Vegetarian Curry

Forget takeaway at your local Indian. This creamy and aromatic dish will set your senses alight! Our mild vegetable curry is a comforting and delicious meal for the whole family.
Ingredients:
- 100G Indian Plant Based Mince (This Packet)
- 1 x Brown Onion (Diced)
- 1 x Capsicum (Diced)
- 1 TBSP Oil
- 100G Peas (Frozen Or Fresh)
- 120G Broccoli
- 270ML Coconut Cream
- Your Choice Of Rice
- Your Choice Of Accompaniments Like Yogurt* Chutney, Naan or Pappadam
*Use Plant Based Alternatives To Maintain Vegan Nature
Method:
- Cook rice to packet instructions.
- Add onion and capsicum to pan with 1 TBSP of oil and cook through.
- Add packet of Indian Plant-Based Mince (100G) to pan with 400ML of water and broccoli. Cook covered for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Combine the rice and saucy Indian mix, top with your favourite accompaniments and enjoy!
